Elena leads educational sessions and client orientations at Caplendario. Her background spans more than a decade working within Spanish banking institutions, where she developed a detailed understanding of retail savings products, deposit structures and the regulatory environment governing them.

She left institutional banking to focus on education rather than sales. At Caplendario, she explains what products exist, how they compare and what questions clients should be asking. She conducts sessions in both Spanish and English.

Marcos focuses on researching and comparing savings products across Spanish banking institutions. He tracks changes in deposit rates, fund categories and pension product structures, maintaining the comparative frameworks that underpin our educational materials.

His work ensures that the information we present reflects current market conditions. He also develops the interactive simulators available on this site, making complex financial concepts accessible through practical tools.

Our approach

What makes our orientation different

No product sales

We do not sell any savings or investment products. We receive no commission from banks or fund managers. Our income comes from orientation sessions, not from directing you toward any specific product.

Education first

Every session focuses on building your understanding. We explain terminology, compare structures and identify the questions that matter. You leave better equipped to evaluate your options independently.

Bilingual service

Sessions are available in Spanish and English. This is particularly useful for international residents in Spain who need to understand local savings products but find the documentation challenging in Spanish.

Based in Burgos

Our physical office is located in Burgos. In-person sessions are available for clients in the Castilla y León region. Remote sessions are available for clients anywhere in Spain.
